DO YOU STOCK FABRICS AND TRIM?
AtlantaFabrics does not maintain inventory. Instead, all orders are promptly dispatched from the manufacturer.
HOW ARE FABRICS, TRIMS AND WALLPAPER SOLD?
All fabrics and trims are sold by the yard (1 = 1 yard). Wallpaper is sold by the roll (1 = 1 roll)
HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKING A PURCHASE?
Ordering from AtlantaFabrics is possible through our online platform or by phone. Upon the completion of an order, you will receive an email confirming your transaction and providing you with a Order Number.
ARE PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Prices have the potential to fluctuate without prior warning.Manufacturers may alter their price points without informing AtlantaFabrics.
WHAT IS THE LOWEST QUANTITY YOU CAN PURCHASE?
Most brands require a 2 yard minimum on fabric and a 3 yard minimum on trim. Minimums must be met or we will refund the sale.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AT ATLANTA FABRICS?
AtlantaFabrics, we offer multiple forms of payment for your convenience. These include American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards, and PayPal. Please note that we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS ON BACKORDER OR OUT OF STOCK?
In the event that a product is out of stock or on backorder, AtlantaFabrics will promptly inform all customers. To secure your order with the brand, AtlantaFabrics processes your payment upon order placement. Cancellations are accepted until shipment.
Please be aware that backorder dates are subject to change and we will notify you accordingly.
It's important to note that some products may be discontinued by the manufacturer without warning. Prompt refunds will be issued in these instances.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax (If applicable) is automatically calculated after you enter in your shipping address at checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In the event that AtlantaFabrics is able to cancel an order prior to its shipment from the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel and the customer must refer to our returns policy.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to show on the payment method.
